"The new owner went out to her house and advised her that, the part that was removed by the previous owners representative was being returned to her which did take about 3 weeks after finally locating the previous owners mechanic back. She was advised that the part is no longer manufactured, there was No Charge to this customer. She did not want to spend the money for the system to be updated for which an electrician was required. This part of the system was out of the scope of our license and had to be installed by a licensed electrician."
