I has stated in my previous review that this outfit had terrible follow up. I would now like to add to the original review. This company did not register the AC unit they sold me which resulted in the warranty on the blower motor to be 5 years instead of 10 years. I just found out the hard way because my blower motor just broke. poor follow up on their part cost me 5 years of warranty. Can't understand how people run their businesses.

They were proficient, on time, did what they said they were going to do and it was a fair price.

They were on time and did a great job. Their office staff was extremely nice and communicative.

We used this company once before this visit when our freon was low (the lines froze up and the air was blowing warm). They did a great job that time, so we called them again for this. Our A/C unit just stopped working one day. No air was blowing at all. We called for an appointment and they came out the next day. The technician said no power was getting to the air handler because the breaker was bad, so he replaced it. It has worked just fine ever since. The technicians have been prompt both times, and they have been able to come on fairly short notice. We have been pleased with their service.

Overall, he is very professional and has always completed the job in a timely fashion, without issues and at a reasonable price. Recommend highly.
