first choice restoration

At first - all was going well. At one point owner helped me return heavy tiles to store. I was grateful. But the horror stories started after we had a conflict - they put a different countertop in the bathroom, didn't put the framed mirror I requested, would request final kitchen layout time and time again and got a stick drawing with no detail. Asked for a clean final contract but was ignored. Got ugly when I was sent pic of countertop for kitchen and it wasn't what I chose. Wouldn't give me info on appliances so I could buy additional warranty when requested. Found out one of the appliances is a scratch and dent. Some additional costs were warranted but some were not. Furniture was torn. Job was supposed to be completed mid August but then completion was to be mid October and then I was told it was done end of November and the pictures below show the quality of last of the work that was done because he was angry at me because I withheld $700 in the end. I totally agree with the other disgruntled reviews on this list. Customer beware. Now looking for new tile person to tear out blacksplash and put new one in. PS - plumbing is terrible. Faucet is not what I chose and not of the same quality I chose. Did not install dishwasher and no water hook up on refrigerator. Electrical plugs on backspash are blatantly crooked. Speechless
