Our boys loved Eric. He was prompt, caring & kept us updated with photos He even brought in the mail. House was spotless when we returned. Would not hesitate to use his services again.

I needed someone to take care of my dog in a pinch, and Eric responded and took care of business. I was a little nervous at first, since my dog is a rescue and can be difficult at times. Eric walked, fed, and sent photos of "Tonka" when he was at the house. I highly recommend Eric's services, and will be using him again in the future.

We were so lucky to find Eric. Eric is professional, organized, and provided additional house services while we were away(trash, mail). Eric kept us notified how our fur babies were doing at each one of his visits and sent pictures without us even having to ask. We highly recommend him and will use him again.

Besides brining in mail, watering plants, feeding fish, etc Eric takes wonderful care of our two dogs coming over 3 times a day feeding them, playing with them, giving our itchy pit bull her meds, and just being here! He also sends pictures! We have been using him for years and trust him implicitly with our Dixie and Gabby! Don’t hesitate to use him!

Eric has been our pet sitter/ walker for when we are out of town for the last 2 years. We take frequent weekend trips and 3 or 4 weekly trips a year and Eric has been the only one we trust with the care of our pets in our absense. He is extremely responsive to us as well as great to our pets and respectful of our house and keeping it orderly. We would recommend his services 1000%.

We have been using for Eric 3 years . He is known within the Coral Springs community as being one of the best pet sitters. Not only is Eric great with animals but he is proffesional, courteous and respects our home and he is good if your pets have medications that need to administered. He kept our minds at ease during our vacation by sending updates and pictures and treatspir pets like his own . He is absolutly wonderful and I would recommend him to everyone I know and will never hire another dog sitter again when we go away. Thank you Eric you are the greatest.

Excellent. Has made every appointment and has texted us a picture of he and the dog.
One night she was having a problem with excessive barking. Eric was nice enough to ask if he could take her home with him and bring her back later. This was a real blessing to us.

Before she required medicine I would often use an automatic feeder when I left for 2-3 days, which was fine, but she would be pretty unhappy when I returned. She now requires medication twice a day, so that was no longer an option (and not an option for a week long absence). I would never dream of boarding her- she would miserable, and at 21 that could easily be more stress then she could handle.
I've now used Eric twice for a week at a time, and while she obviously missed me, she was not in any distress when I returned, which tells me that Eric took good care of her. That is a big relief for me.
If I had any complaints it's that since I'm a bit out of his normal service area and I need him 2x a day, it gets a bit expensive, and he'll assuredly miss out on some of my business on occasions where I can fly one of my retired parents down to cat sit.
I've now used Eric twice for a week at a time, and while she obviously missed me, she was not in any distress when I returned, which tells me that Eric took good care of her. That is a big relief for me.

Eric is amazing. He is always very reliable and accommodating. My pets absolutely love him. I used him multiple times and even when he is not available he has been able to find me a quality replacement. Eric does everything from house/pet sit, to administering medication, to watering plants, and picking up mail. My pets are always happy and healthy when I return.

I had returned early once to find what looked like 5 days of cat waste in the two litter boxes. The gallon of tap water that I keep in the refrigerator to be used for the Pet Fountain was empty. I found a large porcelain figurine smashed on the floor. This probably was do to one of my cats knocking it over. Not Erics fault, but why was it not cleaned up? Under Eric's care two Pet Fountains were broken and needed to be replaced. This will happen if water levels are not maintained. On my return from my last trip Eric did replace the broken fountain with a different model and wanted to pay for it. He left the receipt which indicated it was just purchased the day before I returned from my 21 day trip. I returned it to him.
I always try to give someone the benefit of the doubt, but in this case there were to many RED FLAGS. It appears that Eric is subcontracting out the work. I wont be using Eric's Pet Sitting Services again.

"I would like to first off by saying that I do not sub-contract my work. I don't know why the fountain stopped working but since it did, I did replace it as a courtesy. And I always clean things up so the thing that broke was probably after my last visit."

It went wonderfully! Eric sent me pictures of Scully during my absence! Eric did a very good job and all was well when I returned home. I would definitely use Eric's services again and recommend him for taking care of your pet(s).

As previously stated, we hired Eric's Pet Services to pet sit for our two dogs and house sit while we went on an 8 day cruise spanning from 11/01/2014, returning on 11/09/2014. Our dogs were so excited for our return. Upon entering our home, there was the very strong odor of "dog poop" throughout the house. Upon further investigation, we found that the carpeting in the guest bedroom was heavily littered with "dog poop" (SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS). We questioned Eric as to how this could have happened. His reply was that he just didn't check that room.
We live in a modest size home and one of the rooms had been locked off so that no one could enter. This left two rooms that needed checking. The services agreed upon with Eric's Pet Services, Inc. of Margate Florida was for pet sitting and house sitting. The agreed upon services were not satisfied. We find this kind of service totally unacceptable. Having to come home after a vacation, to carpeting covered in dog excrement does not in any way meet the most minimal level of service expected by anyone in civilized society.
We will NEVER use Eric's Pet Services, Inc, 1061 N.W. 80th Ave., Margate, FL 33063 again and we clearly do not recommend use of this provider for pet / house sitting services.

"Hi everyone, I actually did take very good care of his dogs, you can ask anyone who uses me. One of the dogs were very shy at first and after the 2nd day, he loved me. I walked the dogs at the times we agreed upon and I even stayed longer than I told them I would. I did sincerely apologize for the poop that was left on the floor, of course I would have cleaned it up if I would have seen it. It's true that I didn't go in the bedrooms cause I don't feel it's right to invade people's privacy. Again, went above and beyond my services for those dogs and I will do the same for yours. Eric's Pet Service was fantastic. They walked and feed my 12 year old mixed breed while I was at work and when I was on a weekend trip.
I am new to the area and needed to set up a dog walker for when I am working late and go away. Eric came and did an interview with me to put my mind at ease and I knew right away he was the man for the job. Zeus, quickly took to Eric and even went and layed down after we started filling out the paperwork which says to me that he was comfortable with Eric.
They showed up on time and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them for anyone wanting a service that truly cares about the wellbeing of the pets put in their care.

It was going well, at least I thought it did. The association call me the day after I left to say my front door was opened for hours.
When I called Eric, he told me; he never locks doors, that was a surprise to me. I left instruction, if medication was needed for my pet and upon my return my dog's eye was completely shut closed. Funny, I noticed it from a daily picture he send me. Only then he ask if he should take my dog to the vet. I told him not to bother that I would take care of it myself.
I will not use him again after viewing all the positive comments and remarks Eric was given.
I guess, I caught him on a bad week.

"Hi everyone, I did sleep over this woman's house to take care of her dog. I don't understand what she is talking about with the door because of course I always lock doors, that doesn't even make sense, why would I ruin my business by leaving the door open. As far as the dog, yes, she did give me instructions on the medicine, unfortunately, there was still something wrong with the dog's eye so I was going to make a professional decision and take her dog to the vet, I don't know why she told me not to worry about it. I hated leaving the dog like that but I had no choice. I actually took great care of her dog and after the 1st 2 days of barking, we were best friends. I think this review was completely inaccurate. I hope this review doesn't change your mind about hiring me because with Eric'ss Pet Services, Inc., "We Provide GREAT Care When You're Not There""

Eric let me know when he arrived, and took photos of the dogs out on their potty trips. He also photo'd them eating, and even got our very shy and formerly abused Labrador to eat-which rarely happens with a first time sitter. I felt as they were in great hands as he stays at the house full-time while only leaving for his other daily walks with other dogs & cats. We will use him again, especially now that he knows the nuances of our special dogs. Eric was also recommended by a friend of mine who has used him for several week-long trips and only had good things to say-which is why we contacted him.

Eric is amazing! My four dogs loved him instantly, from the first consultation. He is warm, personable, and his love for pets is truly a gift. He is a true entrepreneur with a passion for his business. The dogs were cared for and loved twice a day. Eric would send us a photo or video every visit. We also have a pet cam, and we could see his interactions. The dogs loved him and would rush him as soon as he'd come in. He took the time every visit to get down on the floor and let them love on him. I just can't say enough good things about Eric. I'll never worry again when I need to go away, with Eric watching my home and my pets.

Eric came out the first 2 visits and a different employee came out the other 3 visits. The other employee did a poor job. He didn't follow the instructions. He never once cleaned the cat boxes. He didn't give adequate food and water. He left the air conditioning on a low setting as well as ignoring other instructions including leaving the bathroom door open which gave the cats access to medication.

Eric is terrific!!! After a bad experience with Broward Pet Sitting, I was so relieved and delighted that the pet sitting I arranged with Eric went well.
He responds immediately (since he carries his phone everywhere and hence replies his emails promptly) and he is also very flexible about working with our schedules. He made sure all our cats were fed and taken cared off, and that allowed us peace of mind to leave for our week-long road trip. He is very personable and took great concern about the welfare of our cats. I can tell this because he took the time to get to know all of our cats on the first "get to know" the pets day and one of our cats were hiding and instead of just calling it a day and leaving, he actually tried to coax her out of hiding to get to know her (well, the cat still refuses to come out of hiding, but Eric tried!).
It was also great getting picture updates of our cats from him while we were away.
My only regret with this experience was to waste time with other pet services (Broward Pet Sitting) when I should have just went ahead with Eric's Pet Services in the first place.

We have hired Eric twice to take care of our golden retriever. He is always on time and keeps us informed of our dogs progress. She really likes Eric and we trust him. I would recommend his service and will utilize it again.
