The problem that I ran into, was in getting a synthetic vs a regular oil change. When they put the sticker in the car, they indicated that it was only 3000 miles to my next oil change, however they charged me for synthetic. I didn't know this until I left the facility. Or if they gave me some synthetic, it was a lower grade that doesn't get the mileage that it should.
