Maggie, our sales representative (quite a character with extensive knowledge), spent a lot of time, with great patience, helping us decide the correct tile and carpeting for the job. It was hard not to love this woman. We changed our minds at least three times before settling on final products.
As seniors, we decided to treat ourselves to designer carpet for the master bedroom. The heck with the kids. This drove up the price by at least $1,000 The rest of the flooring was porcelain tile laid on a diagonal. They also replaced the baseboards. We gave them the keys to the place without any issues.
The company did a great job on the installation. They stayed on schedule with the painters and door installers.. We definitely would use them again.
