It is always a leap of faith to do business with someone you don't know. I found Big C on angles list and I couldn't be more pleased. Byron came when he said he would. He diagnosed and repaired the problem and charged a very reasonable amount.. Also and this is the part that is most amazing....He made himself available on New Years eve to get my ac running! It gives me peace of mind that there is an ac contractor that I can rely on and call when needed!!!

Called at 17:10 with support request; Mission Complete 18:35! Up and running after replacing a deadlined Contactor. Identified the problem, engaged, replaced, inspected unit (added refrigerant). Insertion, operations, Mission Complete, extraction in incredibly short order. Professional through and through. Go to Guys is an understatement. Our 9 yr old AC stopped working. We Called Big C & Sons and owner, Byron, agreed to check it even though it was already late in the day. He diagnosed major problem which we had anticipated. He gave us estimated price on new system and we agreed. By the following morning, Byron and his son had arrived with new system. They removed the old one and installed the new one in a very small space. They worked all day, cleaned up and were extremely professional . These guys were a pleasure to deal with and the AC is working great. Highly recommend this family business.

Big C and son showed up on time and gave a courtesy call before they showed to let us know they were on their way. They were very informative and gave tips on how to keep the unit in good shape. Price was fair and very honest. They are now my go to for any ac issues.

Byron was easy to get a hold of and schedule. He troubleshooted a system that was not cooling well and discovered that the compressor was not good, but was still under warranty. He helped us sort the warranty out, got the replacement part, came back the next day and finished the job even though it was late in the day and over the holidays. Will use him for any HVAC related issues moving forward. Recommended!

WOW!!! I highly recommend this company! I called at 8:00am; Byron was able to fit me in and was here at 9:15am (ahead of promised time of 9:30am). The problem was identified immediately, and fixed with great knowledge and service! SO PLEASED! Thank you Byron, for your outstanding service. (I was a bit concerned as my family is coming to my house for Christmas, all arriving tomorrow.) I now plan to have Big C and Sons manage my A/C maintenance. This company is local and fabulous!

My air conditioner is over 20 years old so I decided to replace it and find a supplier that could provide future services. Contacted Byron at Big C. He said he would be there the next day at 9:00 a.m. and arrived promptly. He thoroughly reviewed my air conditioner and concluded that it could be improved with just a few adjustments. He stayed there to assure that it was the case. When I asked how much for his service he asked for a minimal service charge - obviously a very honest guy. Big C will be my choice for any air conditioning needs I may have in the future. Thanks Angie's list and special thanks to Byron.

First it was a Saturday 4:45pm call they took the service immediately and arrived an hour later as promised. The attitude, service, communication on the problem, and the whole experience was excellent I can’t thank them enough. Byron was the technician that help us. I called at around 10 am on a Sunday, Labor Day weekend. The gentleman said he could be at our home by 12pm, Byron (tech) arrived early and A/C fixed by 11:40am!!! (Previous "big name company" advised they wouldn't be out until Tuesday.) Would definitely recommend!!!

Got home from work to find out the AC was not working. Called Byron at Big C and he was able to come out at 8pm that night, no extra emergency call charge. He identified the problem right away and installed the new part. He even checked fee on level but found that it was ok.

I had intentionally waited over 3 months after the installation of my brand new AC unit, in order to male sure that my review would be as fair as possible. I am happy to say that I've no problems whatsoever. I got the most competitive quote from this company and the installation went without a hitch. As I earlier, stated, its been a few months and the unit is still purring along nicely. My electric bills this summer have been the lowest they've ever been since I moved into my home 8 years ago and I am really pleased.
