The contractor was hired to do some interior painting, strip and refinish a concrete patio, paint the outside of the house, and do some touch-up work where a newly-installed shingle roof meets the upper level of the house. The contractor did a good job with the first project, the interior painting, but his work habits and failure to follow the owner's requests and instructions led to him being relieved of duty before he completed any other projects for which he was hired. He meant well and worked hard, but just wasn't reliable or professional.
