All Hours Emergency Water Removal Inc

My washing machine leaked on my new rug (more like flooded) and I called and reached Walter immediately.  He was here within an hour.  He set up his fans and dehumidifier quickly and put my mind at ease.  Because of his promptness, ALL water and moisture was removed and I didn't even sustain damage to the floorboards, carpet pad or drywall.  His work was thorough and it was obvious he knew what he was doing and how to do it well.  He returned each day, removing equipment little by little, until all moisture was gone.  He was easy to reach, returned calls promptly and did exactly what he said he would do.
This was an incident covered by my homeowners insurance so he obtained all the information about my policy and all I needed to do was pay him the deductible amount.  The rest he said he would get from the insurance company.  
I never like to write negative reviews but I rely on Angie's List for accurate descriptions and feel I should do so as well.  I felt some of his statements about insurance companies were unprofessional and that he was a bit antagonistic dealing with the adjuster right from the start.  I do believe his price was quite high but, as I said before, he did an excellent job.  If not for the price and unprofessional dealings with the appraiser, I would have given him A's right across the line.
