The company has predatory business practices. He gave no estimate on the job, but upsold the job he was to perform, which was to replace the rollers on one door. He told my wife he needed to repair all of the rollers and suggested that the door handles and locks also be replaced. He tried to convince her to do the 3rd set of doors but she declined when he told her the bill for all 3 doors would be just over $1,000.00. She was in shock when he told her the current repairs were just over $700.00. She wrote a check, very unsatisfied with the service and the lack of transparency before he began the work. I would not recommend anyone on the island deal with this company and their shady business practices. He still has not provided a written receipt for the work- he stated he would email it. Do not let him take advantage of your wife or mother. I am thoroughly disgusted with him. PS. When I finally got a chance to talk to him, he very arrogantly said his prices were in line, and hung up on me.
