My experience with this company was very stressful. I attempted to make a reservation two months before vacation by phone. They took my credit card information then the phone was disconnected. They did not return my initial phone calls or emails requesting confirmation of the reservation or clarifying costs. When I checked my credit card statement, they had billed me for twice what I had expected the full cost would be, though I was never told they would be taking full payment before service was provided. I spent hours trying to get them to respond to emails and phone messages to fix the charges. They intermittently responded and told me they would fix the charges, but that never happened. I then cancelled the reservation in hopes that they would then reverse the charge completely. That never happened. I am now disputing the charges through my credit card company. It is nearly 2 months, many hours on the phone, and a huge amount of stress. The date of my vacation has passed, no services were rendered, and they have not reimbursed a penny.
