Shell Lighting

We purchased all the lighting fixtures for a new home being built on Marco Island. The company was on the builder's list of vendors he was using. A review of our building plans with the salesperson indicated X number of lights were needed. We ordered and paid for said fixtures in excess of $6000. A further review later on of the plans revealed there were three too many lights ordered. We sought a refund. We were told not to worry, that they would work it out with us as it was an oversight. At a subsequent point we were told about this 50% restocking fee and then an additional shipping fee. There was no negotiating with the vendor even though we were told time and again that it would be worked out. Subsequently, a credit only was issued to us for $50.00 related to the three lights we paid $333 for. In reality, we recieved zero credit because I wouldn't do business with that company ever again. BUYER BEWARE!!!
