SALLY KRAMERS FURNITURE

We dealt with them and we had lousy results. It was really terrible. It was delivered and it was damaged and she accepted zero responsibility for it. She handled the delivery but we signed for nothing. We don't know who delivered it and she accepted no responsibility for it. They brought the furniture in and left. We did get something from them, which we were satisfied but people should be very careful on what they buy from her. Their price was average. We've already gone to the manufacturer and they don't want to help and she doesn't want to help. We contacted the provider, Sally Kramer and the local furniture rep for the brand of furniture we purchased as well as the manufacturer of the furniture in North Carolina. Everybody thinks that we have no grounds for complaining. Most furniture places claim all sales are final but our contention is somehow the furniture was damaged during the time we bought it and saw it in her store and when it was delivered to us and some of the furniture we never did see in her in store. We haven't been in litigation; we had given up because it isn't worth our time and effort.
