Apparently Pinch A Penny on Marco Island has an excess of customers that they can afford to lose them or they are just systemically rude. As seen from other reviews, the Sherry and Rusty owner combo seem to struggle to understand customer service and how not to be rude to people. We referred a friend to this company and she had to fire them after the first service given that Sherry was rude to her on the phone. Despite complaining about this event, they seemed unphased and were in turn rude to us. Rusty found talking to us for 15 minutes on the phone seemed like 40 minutes when trying to hire him to install a wireless system in our pool to regulate the water level, as his company does NOT do this as part of the regular pool maintenance. They seem to only want to come and pick up a few leaves from the bottom of the pool and run a sponge on the edge and leave in 6 minutes flat. I would advise that you read all these reviews and see the common theme before hiring this company to do your pool service. You will be sorry if you do at one point or another.
