Unbelievable disregard for my 89 year old mother's plumbing need. Contacted through Angie's List and never received a response. Called a couple of days later to follow up and explained that my mother's kitchen sink faucet needed to be replaced. The man who took down my information was fine with everything until I mentioned that I had ordered my mothers replacement faucet already from Amazon. That is when he quickly said they are not doing any jobs with customer supplied materials. He said they were only doing essential calls now. I told him that my mother's kitchen sink was broken and that she was having to wash her dishes in the bathtub. He did not care. He said, sorry, we can't help you. Everything was fine and everything was essential until I mentioned that I had already obtained a new faucet for my mother. That is when the job was no longer essential for them. It's as if they could not sell me a faucet, so they no longer cared about helping out my mother. Unreal how they did not respond to my initial contact on Angie's List and how quickly they wanted to end the call when I mentioned I had already purchased the faucet. Did not care about resolving my mother's broken kitchen faucet at all after that point. I was just shocked and told the guy I would share what had just transpired on Angie's List. I called this company because they had an A record on Angie's List, but I received F customer service from them.

Fine. Work was done honestly and professionally.

I called on a Sunday morning. When I explained the water was running through and I could not locate the shut off, they came in an hour. The man was knowledgeable and a new hot water heater was installed two days later, as my cabinet is an odd size needed a HW heater that was not in stock.

Outstanding. Personnel were were good.

I can't say enough about this plumbing company.  So glad I joined Angie's list.    Dishwasher was not working,  called them and they were so responsive.    They scheduled an appointment within 2 days,  were on time, professional and WOW.  It turned out it was just that the shut off valve had been turned off, however new home so wasn't familiar with it.   They were so honest about it, turned the valve on, charged me what they said, I think even a little better,  and were on their way.   I will definitely be using them for all future plumbing needs.   It's refreshing to know that there are still companies that have a high level of integrity.    And the lady that answers the phone is just so friendly.    Thank you.

Toilet & tub were backed up when they first moved in.  Called Paul and he came out immediately within the first couple hours knowing exactly what was wrong.  He was very knowledgeable and got it opened right up.  Fixed the leak under the sink expertly.  He and his team came in and put in a beautiful new vanity and toilet as well.

The plumber showed up on time and was very polite and professional.
He installed a new hot water heater and suggested that we install a pan under it as well.  I wasn't aware of the pan so appreciated the advice and did have him do that as well.
I hadn't used Paul Stein before but was happy with the service and would use them again.

The phone calls were kind of last minute, I know I wasn't on their schedule but they did a rush job for me so there might have been a tiny premium in what I paid. They kind of went above and beyond in trying to figure out how to get to the source of the problem.

Perfect - service person persisted to get rusted faucet ouyy- wasn't easy!! Had been leaking for ages apparently and was beyond rusted solid.

ore reasonable I had to hire a separate company that they recommended to isolate the exact location of leak (separate cost $ 300).
Promptly dug thru lanai to under house and repaired leak. since location where they dug thru lanai had a hot tub on top of it I raise questions about strenth of replacement concrete. Plumber then refused to replace concrete whole as he originally said he would and I had to hired separate concrete contractor. separate cost. The contractor Stein recommended was very high priced ($2000) and suggested I file insurance claim. which was denied. Found my own contractor at a more reasonable price- $500. This whole process lead to substantial delay to complete the project.

I noticed the hot water heater leaking. Called Paul Stein Plumbing.
I also had a leaking hose bib .
They were very courteous on the phone and set up a timely appointment. Answered all my questions.
Plumber showed up as scheduled .I also received a phone call prior to his arrival.
He got right to work and finished both jobs efficiently .
I have used this company in the past and have not been dissapointed. I would recomend them to
anyone looking for a local and reliable plumber.

They give good service, and do good work. They are prompt and courteous.

I was impressed that this company was able to get to the leak without having to destroy anything. He also responded very quickly to my request and was also much cheaper than all of the other bids that I received for the work. Unfortunately, I do not remember exactly what the cost of the project was.
