Eva has been pleasant to work with, she has managed my vacation rental for several years and I cant say enough about her performance in maintaining my property, handling my billing and booking rentals when asked. Very easy to communicate with and is always punctual. I feel her fees are very fare in our market area. Eva has excellent work ethics !

 + -1 moreOur investment property was a 1000 miles away from our home. We have had a successful 9 year business relationship with Eva managing our rental property in another location. We have since sold our rental property and are looking to re invest with Eva and Nexus 1 in a new location. We would not consider re investing without the confidence and trust in a property management partner. Hope we find the the next investment soon.
