Description of Work: Due to his long-standing reputation as an expert builder of quality custom homes, in May, 2010, we asked Larry Taylor to be our contractor for a remodeling of our 1977 home on Marco Island. The project involved demolishing and completely renovating the kitchen, master and guest bathrooms, converting the large laundry room into a full bathroom with washer and dryer, and installing new windows, new tile flooring throughout the house, and replacing the concrete driveway with pavers. From our first meeting, and throughout the project, Larry listened to our ideas. He made excellent suggestions regarding the overall design and recommended vendors for various materials such as countertops, flooring and backsplash tile which greatly facilited our selection of these items. The project required extensive electrical work and plumbing, tile installation, window installation, painting, drywall and carpentry, cabinet making and installation, countertop fabrication and installation, and paver installation. All of the subcontractors utilized by Larry did an excellent job in their respective areas and Larry was on-site every day to supervise their work.
