Frank's Scratch Pro Plus

Description of Work: Called him to remove scratches from my Samsung stainless steel fridge. Said did not know if he could do it because of finish. Instead of testing in an inconspicuous place first he did it on the scratch and created a large scratched area that is horrible worse than the small scratch that was there before and the side of my new fridge door looks terrible. Have no idea what I can do now to repair his damage. Didn't realize what he had done until after he left. I believe he should find a solution to repair his damage

Description of Work: Frank is amazing.The finishes on my new stainless steel stove, dishwasher and refrigerator were spotted, tarnished and discolored by improper cleaning.Frank restored them so they looked better than when they were brand new.Not only were the finishes restored but his process has made them much easier to maintain.Since he restored them all I do is wipe spots off with damp microfiber cloth.I have not needed to use any polish or cleaner and I am very particular.He also restored my stainless steel kitchen sink with the same result.A larger family with children would probably need to do more to maintain them but the before and after and ease of maintenance in my home still amazes me.Frank will instruct you on the best way to maintain them if you ask. There are very few people in South Florida who do what Frank does with appliances.He is very busy and you may have to wait a bit until he can come to your home.But he is more than worth the wait.I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again if the need arises.
