Once the carpet arrived, an appointment was made for the install. His experienced installers showed up right on schedule ready to work installing the new pad and carpet. Each of the employees had well over 10 years of experience with this same business!
It's the little things that say a lot about a company. When the installers saw the carpet strips were placed too far away from the wall with the original carpet, they didn't hesitate to make the job right. They removed the old ones and put new ones closer to the baseboard before installing the new pad and carpet.
