Edgewater Pools is the absolute best in Naples.  I have been through several pool companies the past until I found Colton & Corey at Edgewater Pools. They take care of my pool on a weekly basis and it always looks perfect.  Whenever an issue arises they send someone out immediately.  From the office to the field they are just a great pool company.

Our pool has never looked better. Our service technician Ed is very thorough & takes his time. Their customer service is very responsive. We highly recommend!

We just purchased a new home on Marco Island. Our realtor referred us to Colton with Edgewater Pools. Colton met with us the following day and taught us how to operate our pool. Since we are first time pool owners we had no idea how the pool worked. Colton walked us through every detail of the pool & its functions. By the time he left we felt confident operating our pool equipment. Edgewater Pools has been providing service to our pool for over a year now. We could not be happier! Our neighbors have also decided to us Edgewater Pools as there pool service provider.

Arrived at home on Marco Island to find zero chlorine and alkalinity measurable in pool. Fixed the levels myself. Informed the owner I was not happy. Next time I arrived (month later) to find two chlorine pucks thrown in the pool skimmer. Worker was too lazy to even put the chlorine in the proper container in the pump. Chlorine level was so high that pool was once again unswimmable. Not to mention that pucks in the skimmer will fry the pump in short order. Alkalinity etc. also out of adjustment. Once again purchased chemicals and fixed the levels myself.
Fired them.
