The technician arrived within the time frame. He was very polite and introduced himself. He completed the maintenance and suggested that I get a new igniter. He throughly explained why one was needed but wasn’t pushy about it. He said it was best to do it now instead of the middle of winter. He then installed the new igniter and checked to make sure it worked well. I was very satisfied with the service that was performed. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
