Excellent work. I live in a high-rise and jobs are sometimes ahrder than I think. They came up with a good plan and saved time and money by working smart. I appreciate the high quality of people they have on staff, both those who go out to jobs and those back in the office who have special expertise and experience to provide extra support on difficult jobs.

What a rip off. Asked to check for leaks. First they wanted me to fill with freon which had enough levels and then after filling up for over $400 of freon they told me that leak can’t be fixed. Ended up buying me A/C with someone else. Get the Vaseline ready when you call them for service. Disgrace

Quick and well

They installed a new Cold Flow water sourced heat pump with a 10 year parts warranty in 2006 for a fair price. Subsequently, the unit itself is no longer being manufactured due to poor quality and Cold Flow is out of business. Meaning that, we cannot get any parts to repair our unit. We've had multiple service calls over the years for leaks, only to find out now that the units had faulty evaporator coils. We were never informed of this issue by Condee during multiple service calls which we needed to pay for. We've had leaks and no air conditioning for weeks at a time, when no one was in our unit to run the air. What good is a 10 year parts warranty when the company is out of business? Condee did not stand by their equipment installation and offered no incentives to replace faulty unit. Overall, Condee's management is not customer friendly and you should go elsewhere to have any and all work done for your cooling/heating needs on Marco Island.

We're new to the area a neighbor had use them and I'd called them.

I've them for years many years. But they have always been very good if they had to come back for something they didn't charge us and things like that. I've been happy with them.

There were two men, who arrived promptly and were professional. They did a very good job. The issue was one of the electricians was obviously very experienced, while the other one was "new" - as it seemed this person was in training. They took all day. We heard the instructions all day to the new electrician - "now install this screw"; "now do this....."....etc. When the bill came due at the end...it was $660 for the experienced electrician and $429 for the "in-training electrician". This did not seem right, as we were paying for someone to be trained. We called Condee and were basically told that we could take our business somewhere else next time. We were stunned. The person at Condee was rude and unkind on the phone to us. We just moved to Marco, and Condee was recommended to us...never in a million years did we expect to be billed for paying someone to be trained, nor to be treated so rudely and unprofessionally by the management at Condee. Needless to say, we will not be using them again. We were trying to reach a reasonable solution to this issue with Condee, and they were plain out rude.

After all the above happened, we called Condee again...because we were shocked. This time we spoke to someone else who was very reasonable and we were able to reach a proper resolution. So glad. We would and will use them again now.

. EGreat. They are prompt and professional.  The work was done in the time estimated and all of the permits and
paperwork were completed without a hitch.   When we had additional questions, they sent someone over to help us.
Yes, I would recommend them to anyone on Marco Island.

Josh was great! He was here within 30 minutes and it was fixed 20 minutes later. Very nice and it works great. Explained everything and price very reasonable for a weekend call

I have had very good service experiences using Condee.  The schedulers are excellent.  They are very patient with all of my questions and relay good information to me.
The electrician showed up on time and was polite and professional.  An assistant came later to help and he was great too.
They worked hard and I was pleased with the work they did.
I have used Condee in the past and will use them again.
I haven't received a bill yet so can't rate the price - but as I said - I have used them in the past - and haven't had an issue with their prices.

I had renters in my home and they reported they had no hot water. Condee responded to my call immediately and made my renters happy again. Taking care of my renters is important. I love that I can call during non-working hours and get help immediately. My only regret is they cannot service the Naples area where my permanent home is.
