"We are sorry to hear that Mr. [Member Name Removed] was unhappy with our services. In reality, Mr. [Member Name Removed] was not our customer. We are a home inspector, inspecting the home for the potential buyer. Mr. [Member Name Removed] was the current homeowner. We realize that there are times the current homeowner will be unhappy with the results of our inspection, and that is just part of our business. It is our job to inform the potential buyer (our client) of the current status of the home and items that are potential hazards to them. Marginal and defective items in our report were stated to evaluate further. Only place a price was quoted in the report was the price a structural engineer charges to evaluate an item. As Florida law says a home inspector cannot do work in a home he inspected, there would be no advantage to us to "scare a customer" by our findings. Our job is to observe and report our findings to our clients."
"We are sorry to hear that Mr. [Member Name Removed] was not satisfied with the mold inspection performed. Our mold inspection consists of a non-invasive, visual inspection of the property as well as air quality sampling. The additional information that Mr. [Member Name Removed] requested was information outside the scope of our inspection. He was asking if he should have his ac vents cleaned, and if so, who he could hire that was affordable and if he needed to have his dryer vent stack cleaned, who and how much as well as information on a biocide to solve the issue himself. While we pride ourselves on prompt and courteous customer service, there are simply not enough hours in the day to do background work, outside the scope of our services, for each customer."
"Thank you for your positive comment. We strive to provide exceptional service for each and every customer and to ensure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision on your purchase."
"Glad we could be of service. Thank you for your business."
"Thank you so much for your business. Glad we could be of assistance. Do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of assistance in the future."
