His personal attention to this large project gave us great satisfaction in working with his company. John is prompt, professional and always available for calls.  He is on site personally supervising the work, even for subcontractors.  The site stays as neat as possible and he communicates with the neighbors so they are aware of the work being done.  We had a lot of work done in a small subdivision lot and he kept the disruption to neighbors to a minimum.

John has a lot of contacts for a complete job and he will oversee all the work, even when his company isn't performing the work.  We had a LOT of roots in our yard and when the irrigation team couldn't lay the pipe, John was there in an hour with his stump grinder so work wouldn't be delayed.

We only have a narrow side yard and John's equipment was able to get in between, barely.  The back yard had a lot of trees and vines that had to come out and John cut them so there was little disturbance to the neighbors.  He then used a special implement on his bobcat to dig up the stumps and roots, not just grind them, which left the yard much smoother and ready for the sod.

We had a large paving job to do and the pavers are laid straight, the curve is exactly as I hoped and the area drains perfectly.  There is no puddling and the water sheets to the driveway as we hoped.

John helped me to design and layout my landscaping; he recommended plants, trees and placement as well as the landscaping border.  He saved me a considerable amount of money with his suggestions.  He was east to communicate with and very east co contact via phone.  He completed the work on time as promised and was very helpful with other ancillary needs such as providing me with a schematic of my underground sprinkler system as I had recently moved into this home.  He has a great network of other service people, such as where to purchase plants, who to call for a new underground sprinkler box, etc.  I couldn't have been happier with him.
