Contacted to resolve inadequate water flow in main bathroom. Plumber came out and said cartridge needed to be replaced. Took picture of cartridge and said someone in the office will find it and he would come back out to replace. After no calls or follow up we called three times before we were told that they did not know the manufacturer of the faucet and could not find cartridge. Told we would have to replace the faucet. They came out to do estimate and they called back OVER $1,700 to replace one single lever faucet. I told them they were criminals and idiots to think someone would ever use them. I had already paid $87 for the first visit and told them to get out if the business. It took me 20 seconds to determine the manufacturer was Delta, only one of the largest manufacturers of faucets in the country. It took another two minutes to find the replacement cartridge on Amazon and 48 hours for delivery. Total cost $40. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, use anyone else. The owner of this company apparently owns a C21 franchise in marathon. I would stay away from anything this company snd it’s owner are associated. Also check the huge number of Beter Business Bureau complaints.

We hired Third Generation Plumbing to connect our sewer. We asked them specifically to trench around some large trees we had in the front yard as we were very concerned about damage to them. Despite our directions, they did trench right through the trees very closely and one of the 40 foot dogwoods has died because it's roots were cut. After months of contacting Third Generation Plumbing, they have refused to take any responsibility and will not compensate for any damage. I would strongly recommend that you find a different Plumbing Company for your needs.
