My interactions with them were fine. I had no problem with them. I don't think they weren't reasonable. I had no problem with responsiveness. They were out here quickly.

Purchased a house about 6 months ago with three units, 2-1.5 ton and 1-3 ton units. One 1.5 ton unit was not cooling properly. Dana sent his technician out in very short order. Very knowledgeable and professional tech named Chris. He really knew what he was doing and did not mind answering all of my questions, which were many. He added freon to the one unit after a through check of the pressures, temperatures, amperage, and leaks. Unit has been working great every since. Also checked the other two and recommended I do a few things such as clean the outside coils to get the salt spray off. Did not push any unnecessary work. Price was reasonable for work performed.

We had been and quot;babyingand quot; the ac in our house for a couple of years and finally decided to put in a new system. Danas AC has been our service provider for the past 10 years, and he always comes through with excellent service. This occasion was the same as it always is. The install was done on time for the price quoted and the new system more than meets our expectations.

Repair person was friendly and professional. He explained exactly what was wrong and showed me. Few Parts later we were cooling . What a relief it was 92.

If you need any air conditioner repair or for that matter any refrigeration equipment repair my recommendation to all is: don't even bother to hire and quot; Dana's crooksand quot;.
Dana's air conditioner of marathon overcharges for parts they use to do the repairs and worse of all they DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK even if the customer is right and the repair is done incorrectly. In my particular case, they use the wrong thermostat in repairing one of my refrigeration units at my restaurant which resulted in me not being able to adjust the temperature of the machine in question. I discover the problem several days after the repair was done and after I had paid in full for what resulted to be a and quot;shoddyand quot; repair.
This company bolsters they have been in business since 1992 well my restaurant has been in business since 1980 and this is the first time an incident like this happens to me. If you are reading this review you will be better off calling a different company to do your refrigeration repair if you don't want to find yourself dealing with mediocre workmanship, lousy customer service and inferior- low grade parts.

We have one two ton AC unit and another two and a half ton unit. The larger unit repeatedly lost freon due to old age of the condenser. Dana techs recharged quickly and professionally and gave a rough idea on what replacement would cost. After six months and two losses of freon, we decided to do the replacement. Dana provided quick on-site estimates for replacing the faulty condenser, replacing both the condenser and the air handler, and replacing both condensers and air handlers. We chose to replace everything as the old equipment was all over ten years old. Dana sent a crew of 4-6 techs and replaced both systems in one day. Both systems are living up to expectations - much quieter and more efficient than the old units. Their techs were mechanically excellent. The only reason I didn't rate them at excellent quality is because I am very fussy, so cosmetic details were not up to my standards. Even though they protected flooring with cardboard, we got some minor dings on walls and minor damage to the roof. These are big heavy units, so not at all unexpected. It was easy to make repairs.

They fixed the problem in 30 minutes without additional charge. The Company comes out regularly four times a year, plus it responds to calls when the system isn't working correctly. They always show up time, which is very unusual for a service provider in our community. Problems are fixed the first time.
