They were contact on a rush basis at the last minute. They showed up when they said they would, performed the work in a professional manner and, in my opinion, at a very reasonable cost.

I called one day and they fit me in the next day, even tho I imagine this is a busy time before the holidays. very pleasant on the phone and the technician was professional and pleasant as well. often hard to find reliable services in the Florida Keys, so this is great, thanks Angie's List!

He took the time to ask what I wanted so I knew we were on the same page. He was friendly and courteous and went right to work. It was hot (of course) but he moved furniture and took great care of my belongings. There needed to be extra work on the traffic spots and he did a great job! everything looks like new!

Great, tech was there in time, carpets and upholstery were very clean after he was done, his equipment was new and clean, i was very satisfied with the work perform.
