My A/C was running but no air flow. Called Argott and got an immediate response. Brad arrived within an hours time and determined that the air handler was not working. Suspecting a defective motor, he did his testing and determined that the problem was only a capacitor and a relay. That's all he had to replace and that is all I was charged for. Other companies in his business would have taken the opportunity to sell me a motor I didn't need. I greatly appreciate his honesty and integrity.
Brad takes the time to not only do the repair but to offer advise for preventive maintenance. He previously corrected some duct problems that were caused by a different contractor. The result was a more efficient system that lowered my electric bill.
Brad gets my call with any future A/C problems.
