 + -1 moreIt was a nightmare. He does not show up when scheduled. He does not answer the phone. He is dishonest lies and takes advantage of widows, at least in the case of me and my neighbor. If anyone would like to join the lawsuit contact me.
Description of Work: Ray was hired to install a screened lanai. Hired in Feb 2014. Hoa approval was 4/22/14. In June he came and removed the sod from my lawn after being told not to. He waited till there was no one home. In July put the forms in. End of month he came to pour the concrete. Told me he was getting the best concrete company to do my job. Previous to that I watched him pour 2 concrete jobs in the pouring rain. I told him I was concerned because of the quality of the concrete was extremely poor. He said that would not happen to me and I fell for his line of lies. Concrete pouring day comes and he shows up In the rain with 2 young labor ears. That was my experienced crew, best in the business. I stopped the job and fired him. He had $4500. of my money. I have a lawyer. Ray does not respond to letters or calls. He also has my neighbors deposit that he has not returned. My next step is to go to court. This is now a matter of principle He is a crook.

 + -1 moreThis installation was supposed to take two hours, and it ended up taking over 5 hours. The screening was fine, but the door did not fit, so he forced it, and mangled the door while doing so. We called the company the next day to let them know we were very unhappy. We found out that he had called the distributor to complain that it was out of frame, but we wondered why he didn?t tell us that before the job. A few days later, the manufacturer let us know that they had a new door, and he was to pick it up at the distributor. The new door arrived on 06/20. I have called every Monday, and the rare time I do get a hold of the company, they give me the runaround about installing the new door. They have our money, the new door, and have yet to reinstall it.
Description of Work: On June 3rd they came to install the screening and a custom made door on the front of our house.
