If I could give a zero I would. Ray is a complete joke. Kept giving excuse after excuse on why he wasn’t showing up. Had to threaten legal action several times. Finally showed up and never completed a few loose ends. I asked him over a period of three months to please come finish. He never showed. I have finally reached out to another company to finish the job. If I could score this a zero I would. I hope people read this and save you from the same mistake I made. Do not do business with this man.

It was a nightmare. He does not show up when scheduled. He does not answer the phone. He is dishonest lies and takes advantage of widows, at least in the case of me and my neighbor. If anyone would like to join the lawsuit contact me.

This installation was supposed to take two hours, and it ended up taking over 5 hours.  The screening was fine, but the door did not fit, so he forced it, and mangled the door while doing so.  We called the company the next day to let them know we were very unhappy.  We found out that he had called the distributor to complain that it was out of frame, but we wondered why he didn?t tell us that before the job. 

A few days later, the manufacturer let us know that they had a new door, and he was to pick it up at the distributor.  The new door arrived on 06/20.  I have called every Monday, and the rare time I do get a hold of the company, they give me the runaround about installing the new door.  They have our money, the new door, and have yet to reinstall it.
