Steve Holder Construction

He did a reasonably good. The brick work was good. Steve kind of left a few loose ends at the very end that we weren't happy with. He was a general contractor. The reason we hired him was because somebody we knew had worked with the roofer. We knew that we had to get other things done at the same time. So we thought of going with whoever he was familiar with. But Steve did not do the roof work. He did the windows and coordinated the work between the roofer and brick mason. On the contract he was supposed to have a port-a-potty that never showed up. We were also supposed to get an inspection report which we never received. He did a decent job. He did what we asked him to do. He informed about some issues with the house. We told him what we wanted with it and he fixed everything. I thought that we were charged a lot. I have emailed him about the inspection report. We haven't heard back from him. He showed up when he said he would.

Steve Holder is probably one of the most likable and efficient builders that I have ever met. He did exactly what I asked. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and what we agreed on.
