Workers were polite and personable and on time.
Quality of work was not very good. I had to go on the roof two days later and tighten fittings and install missing straps.
I was told parts had to be ordered to complete the job and was given a time line of 5 - 10 days. I attempted to contact them three times and they never returned my call. Over a month later, I gave up and got the parts and did the job myself.

They were alittle slow in returning my call, but once they did it was 48 hours that they were at my house to inspect my solar panels for leaks. I definitely had 2 small leaks and the estimate was way above my budget. I was very happy when the technician suggested an alternate method - fixing the leak myself, but would not guarantee it. I told him I would try and if it did not work, would call him back. Thank you for being HONEST!

I was very surprised by their promptness. I was having intermittent operations with the pump and the electrical connections on the roof weren't operating correctly. I couldn't depend on it to work. They came out and replaced a valve on the solar panel and it has been working ever since. The price was very reasonable, it included the service call and the part for the repair.

The owner, Sam, assured me that his company is not in the business of replacing something that is not broken and his technician could easily have persuaded me that I had a broken pump. These people are honest and professional. I highly recommend them.
