John and his crew did an awesome job on my new construction. They offered suggestions on our driveway and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I would and have recommended John to my neighbors and friends. I will definitely use him again with my future projects. Their pricing was fair and his crew were professional.

Not happy with their driveway replacement at all. Cracked all over in 2 or 3 years.

Mr. Byars did a wonderful job. It was a pleasure to meet him and I would highly recommend him.

After the job was completed it was apparent the patio surface did not have a proper even pitch for draining off water. The owner returned twice to hand grind off some of the high spots to help drain water. We were left with surface patches showing aggregate.
It looks terrible.

They did an excellent job. Part of my driveway was crumbling and they came out and ran  a pipe underground from my roof  under the concrete to the run off. They cut the part out of the driveway that was crumbling and repaired it and reinforced it with steal piping. All my neighbors came to check it out and were very impressed. I gave them all the company information so they could use him as well. He took pride in his job and I am very very pleased.

From the very first day of meeting the owner we were impressed. He came out on time and gave a written quote. We did get other quotes but found Robert the owner to have a very fair price and loved the fact he had so many years of experience. We felt he was honest and even agreed to accept payment when everything was done and the permit he pulled passed inspection.
The day his crew came out we found that Robert the owner was out with his crew working along side of them. We are having other work done on our place but this is the first contractor that comes out and worked with his crew both days the entire time. His crew was very careful also about what they were doing. We love the driveway and it passed permit inspection with no problems. Robert and his crew are just wonderful. You can tell they have been doing this a long time together and have their act together. We will make sure to recommend this company to our friends. So again thank you for a wonderful job.

it was fantastic bob and his hole crew were awesome. they were on time everyday they asked me the best time to start work cause they did not want to put me out .they were clean neat and outstanding they all worked together no issues and I could not be happier for the work they done. I would let everyone to know that these guys are the ones you want to do the work for you.

The patio is gorgeous--smooth as a table top. Mr. Byars and his workmen replicated the existing curved edges, protected all the shrubbery that overhangs the edges, left everything in the yard exactly as they found it. He was great to work with. He came soon after we contacted him, educated us about different ways he could fix our old patio, and gave us an estimate that was similar to others that we got. In the end he charged a little less than the estimate. The work began on time and was quickly finished. We like both the crew and Mr. Byars and plan to use him for another project soon.

I had a driveway installed and realized it was too narrow and too short (it didn't go over the culvert.) Mr. Byars came, gave me a reasonable big, and got the job done. I am very pleased with the results of his work.
I would also like to add that he and his crew were very nice and very professional.
It is SO nice to not drive off my driveway and it looks really good.

I wanted my single car driveway widened to accommodate two cars and my patio extended. Robert Byars has been installing driveways and doing other concrete work in this area for many years and I was impressed and felt comfortable with him when he gave me an estimate. We scheduled a date to start and Mr Byars got the permit from the city and started work as scheduled. He and his crew were very professional in their work and completed the job in a few days. The work is excellent and I am quite pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend Robert Byars Concrete to anyone.

These guys are good. Very good. The finished job is professional and neighbors are asking "who are these guys." This crew has been together for thirty years and it shows.

.Bob and crew came out as promised and prepared forms for concrete slab and an adjoining sidewalk. When finish they cleaned up all their mess and left me with a nice professional job. I was very pleased

He had to extend the culvert pipe 10 feet and he used 4000 lbs fiber mesh concrete. Bob and his crew did a excellent job. He came to the house when he said that he would be there always on time.Bob is a real professional and I would use him again. Bill Sullivan

Very professional and friendly. Everything was finished quickly and was done right.

I really appreciate Bob putting up with me. I called him on 11/14 and he came for an estimate on 11/15. I live in PA and this is a rental property in Cape Canaveral so most of the contact had to be done over the phone, email, and mail. The driveways were removed on 12/20 and the new concrete was poured on 12/23. I didn't get to see everything until 1/4 but everything looked great. It was a 9x100 driveway on one side and an 18x25 driveway on the other side with a 4 foot walkway up to the house. Doing things through the mail for the permits and checks was a pain but that's my fault for not being there.

I contacted Mr Byars after receiving a few estimates from other contractors. Mr Byars estimated was not the lowest or highest, but he explained what he was going to do and was very punctual and accommodating to my needs. After pulling the necessary permits, Mr Byars and his crew arrived on time to form the 2 pads and helped me break down a pergola that was erected where one of the pads was going to be poured. Once the form work was done, I scheduled the inspection and Mr Byars was prompt to arrive on Friday with his crewto pour the concrete. They took care to protect the walls from splash and also to clean up after themselves. I will use Mr Byars company in the future if I have any further work.

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Robert Byars was responsive to request for a quote, and came to the house the next day to provide a quote. He readily adjusted the quote at my request to allow for a slightly larger project. His price was considerably less than other contractors. He showed up the day before the job to make sure we were on the same page, and showed up with his crew on time the day of the job. His crew was professional, and got the job done in the time they stated at the outset. The final product is exactly what we wanted.

The team was very professional and friendly. They went beyond the originally scheduled work to repair some other cracks. Almost 2 years later, the replaced driveway portion is still perfect. This contractor is highly recommended!

Robert is FANTASTIC!!! He was very responsive, professional and had great ideas to save money, yet do a GREAT job!! He was $1000. less expensive than 7 other proposals and he offered more services.
