I could write volumes about my experience with John at J3 Contractors.  I had no idea what I was getting into when I hired John.  When he came into my house to quote me a price, he quietly just walked around and looked everywhere.  In my experience with John, he just looked around and calmly said he could do it and gave me a price.  No measuring, just gave me a price.  It was like he had a tape measure and calculator in his head.  I definitely say that in a good way.  Not only is he extremely meticulous with the quality of his work, John is the most professional contractor I have ever dealt with.  When he said he was going to show up at 8am, he would be there by at least 7:55. What ever time John said he would be there, he was never late.  When I asked John how long it would take for the job to be complete, he was on point.  He did not overestimate or underestimate.  I felt very fortunate that I not only found his company, but John himself did the work.  I cannot sing John's praises enough.  I cannot fail to mention his employee Mike.  He too was extremely professional and worked constantly.  If they started at 8 and finished at 5, they never stopped working.  No lunch breaks, just powered through. When my tile was complete and people came over, they could not believe how PERFECT the floor was.  The tiles and grout lines were perfect.  I have had tile plenty of times and you can always feel some kind of uneven areas, but not this time.  No matter where you walk, the floor is consistent throughout.  I am in such awe of John's work that I hired him to make my house his personal project.  

I can PROMISE that you will not go wrong with J3 Contractors.  I grew up with a father as a painting contractor and my husband's father owns a roofing company and I see how hard construction is and finding reliable help.  J3 Contractors (John) is amazing and definitely knows how to hire quality employees.

Him and crew showed up on time.  Took time to do the job right.  John and Mike did an excellent job, for a fair price.  Quality work.  Would recommend him to do any of work around your home.
