Overall, he did a good job. There were some areas missed. All furniture was not covered so paint got on a few spots. He was able to finish the work in less time that was initially planned for.

I called 'Hubby for Hire Svc Llc' (Mark Pagliarulo) to paint the interior of a house I was prepping for sale. During the estimate phase I asked him to perform some additional -handyman- jobs which involved some tricky repair. Mark gave me a reasonable quote for all aspects of the project and returned the following day to commence work. After knocking out the paint job ahead of schedule, Mark transitioned seamlessly from painter to carpenter and turned a seller's gut twisting, property damage nightmare, into a undetectable repair- LIKE NEW! Mark is Punctual, professional, skilled & prepared. I would have him back in a minute. Outstanding performance, value for money here.

Mark (Hubby for Hire) is the most amazing handyman I have ever used!! He just completed a number of tasks at our house and everything was done perfectly. Not only is he the best handyman I have ever hired in my 40 years as a homeowner, but he also takes so much care and initiative with what he does. So, don't look any further; Mark is the ideal handyman and a really nice person as well.

Squirrels had chewed through two exterior foam columns. They did an excellent job of filling the holes and repairing the stucco.

Service was great. All rooms were completed as agreed. Cost was a little pricey but the finished product was completed on time and the quality was fantastic. I would definitely use this provider again!

Don't let the name Hubby for Hire fool you and think the owner does odd jobs. This man has the experience, the knowledge and the equipment to build a home if he wanted too. He did my jobs to perfection on my list and I was going to do the painting to save some money. I asked Mark about a stain on my ceiling and wall where the wall and ceiling meet. It was with minutes MARK located the problem. Now you need to know I live in a townhouse and had roof issues in the past. My insurance company at the time was ALLSTATE. Allstate could not find the problem and with my persistence I called the insurance commissioner in Tallahassee. Alstate then sent a "Forensic Engineer" to my home and he could not find the problem. Still water was coming in, Allstate sent another person to my home. They said the problem was from my neighbor, shortly after Allstate notified me that they are not offering insurance in my area and a check for $25.00 for the estimater that put his foot through my ceiling in the garage while up in my attic which is partially open and partially blown insulation. A bandaid was placed on the roof to repair the leak but little to my knowledge the leak was never fixed.
MARK, OWNER OF "HUBBY FOR HIRE", FOUND THE PROBLEM WITH IN MINUTES......MIND YOU MARK HUBBY FOR HIRE WAS NOT GETTING PAID TO HELP ME.....HE IS JUST A NICE MAN THAT KNOWS CONSTRUCTION AND WANTED TO HELP US THAT WE DESPARATELY NEEDED.......AND HE STILL DID HIS JOB HE WAS COMMITTED TO DO FOR US. THE WAY MARK LOOKED UP IN MY ATTIC AND OUTSIDE MY HOME AFTER HE FOUND THE STRUCTUAL DAMAGE SHOWS NO DOUBT HE KNOWS CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR. MARK FOUND THE PROBLEM WHEN ALL THE OTHER PARTIES THAT GOT PAID TO COULD NOT. HE EVEN TOLD ME IF THE NEXT ROOFER I HIRE THEY COULD CALL HIM AND EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM....I HAVE A FIRE WALL AND THAT IS WHERE THE PROBLEM IS.
Mark looked at me with amazement and said all they had to do is use a moisture meter and go up in my attic, but they were avoiding the insulation side where the problem was. It is hot and messy....no one, I mean no one ever looked where Mark did. He then found I have structural damage with the support beams. I knew the nightmare was starting all over. I recently had a roofer do a repair only to find he replaced only TWO SHINGLES and charged me $550.00. (it can be proven this happened).
Mark then told me he was a general contractor for years and was in partnership for I believe he said over 20 yrs. Very sadly his partner dieds suddenly in January. I think Mark then decided he was going to semi retire, but I don't think that is happening he is so busy because he is that good. They way Mark checked things out for me and looked at angles that the "FORENSIC ENGINEER" in his silk shirt did NOT proved to me Mark must of been a fantastic general contractor.
I saw Mark's well maintained truck and his walkin trailer that was so well equiped he could build or repair anything and he isolated my roof problem within minutes all I kept thinking Mark I wish you did roof work. I knew he would fix the job andfix it right.
Thank you Mark for finding my roof problem expecting no payment for your time and completing my repair list. You have shown me you not only know construction and home repair you are a person that holds great character.
Thanks again. I will be calling you in the future as we make changes in our home and need repairs.

In addition to doing a great job with the painting, Mark's "Hubby for Rent" service put up several pairs of draperies, blinds and did some power-washing for our home. He's become a pretty essential part of our move-in team. Nice guy.

The replacement tiles were different (looked like wood planks) than the original, so he cut them to look as if it were done on purpose to set off the toilet area. It came out great. I will be calling Mark for any work I need around the house!
