DEALS ON WHEELS

I bought tires with this provider because they have a no interest payment plan that was convenient for me. The price and work I had done from this provider was fair, but the customer service, communication, and professionalism is seriously lacking. When I called I was told that they had new tires in the size I wanted and I drove there that day, which was 45 minutes away. Upon arrival I was informed that the tires needed to be ordered and would be in the next day. The next day I drove back and had the work done. While the work was being done they collected an enormous amount of information from me, which seemed unnecessary, but they insisted it must be done. For the remaining payments on the tires I bought, they have no billing system in place that you would expect from most businesses their size i.e. a bill in the mail with payment amount due, date due, remaining balance, how to pay, etc.., instead they hound you with condescending phone messages. I'm not someone that doesn't pay their bills, I'm simply a busy person that has a lot going on in my life, I don't need to be treated like a third classes citizen over the phone.
