The whole process was very smooth. No major issues. The Loan Officer, Tom Bawany, was Awesome . Very good. Knew his stuff., available at all times. Answered our questions and always picked up his phone. They got a great rate and were able to roll in the closing costs.Appraisal was done in a timely manner. Processor called and introduced herself. Tom was available, if the processor had any questions or needed anything. He communicated with the Title company , thier insurance Agent and the closer, who came to my parents house for closing. Tom was avialable at closing for any questions. No surprises, no last minute emergencies .I would recommend him to everyone.
