John found some loose shingles near plumbing vents, glued them down, and our leaks have stopped.

Came out sooner than expected, found and repaired loose shingles. Leak has stopped, even iduring Irma!

I called Tip Top to schedule my roof repair after approvong the estimate and was told it would be a couple of weeks before they could get to it because of other work. After three weeks with no reply I had to call them three times to schedule the work. I was told they would be out the next weeek. Tip Top showed up unannounced (I would have liked to been there) and completed the job. I inspected the work the next day and had some questions about the work. I called Tip Top and asked the forman of the to call me about issues with thr repair job. When he called he asked me why I was asking these questions, that he never had anyone question his work before. I told him my concernes and he said he would come and look at them. He showed up unannounced and called me and said the repair issues were fine. The work was done in a proffesonial manner but I would not hire them again for the very poor customer service.

They did a really good job and the workers were very neat and clean. When they came out to work, they were on time and always would give a warm greeting. I really liked working with them and if I would need them I would definitely call on them.

This is probably the best roofing company in central Florida. Do not hesitate to use this company.

I FELT THAT THEY WERE EASY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH. THEY DID KEEP ME INFORMED AS TO WHY WE WERE HAVING THE DELAYS. WE HAD THE HURRICANE HERE, AND THEY WERE SHORT ON SUPPLIES SO THAT WAS THE DELAY.

THE RESPONSIVENESS OF THE SALESPEOPLE WAS A LITTLE BIT SLOW. THE COMPANY OVERALL DID A GOOD JOB. THEY SHOWED UP ON THE DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND WERE PROFESSIONAL WITH THE WORK THEY DID.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL. THEY WEREN'T LOUD. THEY KEPT THEIR WORKERS DOWN TO A LOW ROAR. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES ON A DAILY BASIS. WHEN WE NEEDED TO GAIN ENTRANCE TO THE DRIVEWAY TO GET IN, THEY MOVED THEIR TRUCK SO WE COULD GET IN EASILY. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THAT THEY ALMOST COVERED UP AN AREA THAT NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED, BUT IT WAS FIXED PROPERLY. THEY DID WORK WITH US AND THE CARPENTER.

THEY JUST TOOK A WHILE TO DO THE JOB. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK. THEY SHOWED UP FINALLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, BUT IT TOOK THEM A WHILE TO FINALLY SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.

The saleman was very quick to respond to my initial call for a quote. It took seven months to get them out to my house to do the re-roof, then they missed several details to finish off the roof. Many, many phone calls were placed in order for them to return to finish the project. But they sure were in a hurry to get their money.

THE PERSON I DEALT WITH FOR THE CONTRACT WAS HARD TO REACH, BUT GAVE A WELL DESCRIBED JOB. ALL DETAILS WERE LISTED AND THE WORKERS RESPONDED FOR A FOLLOW UP WITHIN A WEEK.

THE GUTTERS MATCHED THE COLOR OF OUR ROOF. THE DOWNSPOUTS MATCHED THE PAINT ON OUR EXTERIOR WALLS PERFECTLY. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCT AND SERVICE. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED WITHIN THE AGREED TIME WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. THEIR PRICES WERE ALSO VERY REASONABLE COMPARED TO THEIR COMPETITORS.

A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH. WE ALSO USED THEM TO REPLACE ROOF AFTER A HURRICANE. THEY MADE SURE ALL NAILS AND DEBRIS WERE REMOVED FROM YARD AND BUSHES.
