 + -1 moreI called Lisa as I was getting very bad tenants all of the time. Not paying the rent on time, not taking care of my property. I did not want to pay the fee, but realized that I was losing money by not having good tenants. Rent A Place Florida is the most reasonable tenant fee out there. Call other real estate companies and they will charge you one months rent and want to manage your property too. Very professional experience. Took care of everything from screening, interviewing and getting lease signed. provide a lease for me. Did not have to do a thing. They also walked through my property before it was rented and told me what I could do to get it in good condition to attract good tenants and get the rental price I wanted. Lisa told me what she thought it should rent for and was on the money. Can't say enough. Call them. You won't regret it. It will change your life not to have to worry about tenants any more.
