 + 0 moreI have seen very similar reviews prior, I should have taken those reviews a little more seriously! Russel Razzani screwed me out of a place to live and refused to return the money he owed me. The house he tried to rent me was disgusting, has broken windows, bugs everywhere, windows that would not lock, a dirty hot tub that was supposed to be cleaned, a backyard full of dirt that was supposed to be fresh sod, a broken fence that was supposed to be fixed, dead squirrels on the side of the house, and the previous tenants leftover junk in it. Oh, and lovely mold under the kitchen sink. He wanted to void the lease because I was unhappy and he said he would return all of my money at that point. Then he decided to keep my money and deduct "his losses" on the house. I am still fighting to this day to get the rest of my money back. Also, this creep is selling overpriced X-mas trees at "Razzani's christmas trees" on the corner of Bennet and Colonial. Beware!!! Do not do ANY business with this man, or any associated companies!!!
