I've been really happy with them. I was in contact with 3 others and they were the very best. They were the most responsive, they follow up, they've been easy to work with, and I would highly recommend them. They have just been really, really good. I started working with the Tampa office and now I'm working with the representatives in the Maitland area of the same company and it's just that they have just been exceptional. I would just highly recommend them to anybody. They're incredibly professional, they were quick to respond both by email and by phone, they followed up on things, and their rates were better than others. Some funding agencies when you're buying a home have special fees and they weigh the rendered fee, they have lower cost for appraisal fees than anybody else. The appraiser came today and he was telling me that with the other companies that he does appraisals for the bank demands that they have to give them half of the appraisal fee. RP lets the appraiser keep it all so they're good to the people that they deal with. They are in the home mortgage business. I found them very professional, responsive, and in every question that I've had, they provided answers for. Because they were out of town, they sent me a self-addressed FedEx envelope so I would not have to pay them money to send them documents and information. They're just very, very supportive in all the steps I'm going through in buying a house and getter the lenders involved step by step in the process.
