The pool company and specialy The pool person is very thorough.

The pool repair experience was beyond all expectations. They called me instantly and were here next day exactly when promised. The man was so professional and intelligent about all aspects. They only fixed the problem and not tried to get me to have other work done. I recommend them with no reservations.

Owner responded promptly to Home Advisor request. Initially hired them for pool maintenance. Was told I could sign up for pool care visit results - plus, there would be email reports on day of visit. Called to ask a question - no place to sign up on website - message stated they were too busy to assist, leave a message - box was full. Received an email with confirmation of visit and for month in advance. No brushing of the pool, baskets weren't emptied - did nothing and charged $118. Cancelled.

Pete is a great guy and knows his pools. He has the right equipment and a great attitude. I will highly recommend him. 5 stars all the way! I don't think I have ever hired the first estimate without having a second/third/fourth quote. Pete called within one minute of my service request. We spoke for several minutes. That was enough for me. Great guy.

They were extremely pleasant and professional to deal with. I called for an estimate and, besides a slight problem with the email delivery, the entire experience was excellent. Pete came out and we went over my system and the price to maintain my pool. I was in process changing out a flow sensor. I decided to let Pete handle it. Pete seems very professionals and a very pleasent person. So far so good. I will no more over time since he just started. Thanks again Pete.

They did an excellent job of cleaning up our pool and made some excellent recommendations for improving our equipment. They are definitely going to be my go to people from now on when I need repair work on our pool. I liked their work so much I also signed up for their monthly pool service, I highly reccomend this company!

We hired them and they serviced our pool two times, the 2nd time I was home and he was only at my house for less than five min, I had to empty my skimmer baskets, didn't brush the sides ect. called talked to Paul he said he would speak to the young man that came out to service the pool, so the following wk which should of been wk three of our monthly service no one showed thought they may have had a call out so waited till friday to see if some one would show up, by 12:30 I finally called to let them know we had no service that wk, the young lady said that she would call the service man to get him right out to our house, I told her no and that I wanted to cancel my service and get a refund of the remaining wks, she said that she couldn't issue the credit and that paul had to, I called a number of times left messages and didn't receive a call back, emailed a number of times finally last wk was told by Michelle that the check was in the mail, well guess what It must be coming by pony express, I have no idea why this company has a five star rating , maybe they are paying for that, I don't know, very disappointed, was just looking for a company that would service our needs. Very bad customer service and not professional at all, I am surprised that the owner never even attempted to call and talk to us to try and fix what ever went wrong,

I have only had them in place for less than 1 week at the time of this review. I will say that they were extremely expedient about contacting and getting on property to go to work. Communication even at this brief juncture has already exceeded anything of any pool service company we have had. Look forward to a professional relationship in a service sector that seems to be lacking in the area.

Installed new variable speed pool pump when my old pump finally died. Competiitvely priced and great service at the house. Conveniently billed me after the fact. Would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

I sent an email together a quote to replace my pool motor. I received an email with a written price and a phone call followed up a short time to later. After getting some other quotes they were one of the lowest by at least $150 or more. I called later that afternoon and they scheduled the work. They came the next day and replaced the motor quickly. The down time of my pool was minimal and thankfully because living in FL anytime a filter doesn't run can turn into an ugly situation. Very happy with the company

Pete is ever so friendly and knowledgeable about pools. He was able to answer all our questions and schedule our appointment in a timely manor. I would recommend this company to others and will use them again.

They did a great job in getting our pool back in shape. My only complaint was they were supposed to come out 3 times to get pool in shape and they only came twice. I had to call them to remind them I still needed the 3rd visit. I left several messages but did not receive a call back. They have been very friendly and I will continue to use this company in the future.

It was a most satisfying experience! Staff arrived promptly and recovered a very dirty, tadpole filled pool into a pool ready for use! Thanks for the recommendation, both in the care of the pool and the price.

Service was excellent. The cost was high for them to come out, though.
