Very eager to start and did so on schedule, although I couldn't be home. The windows close by were filthy upon completion. I told them by phone that this needed to be rectified. The next day, they sprayed windex outdoor solution and left it at that (not really very clean), but I paid them with a check. After 2-3 more days, plants both inside and outside the enclosure started looking pale. This continued for days and now all surrounding grass is completely dead. The bromeliads are dead. Bushes, and even one nearby tree are bleached out and dropping leaves. I did not contact regarding the damage since essentially, it can't be corrected.

Pretty good, but took several days because of equipment problems.

Very well did excellent job, very happy with result. Nice people to deal with.

My husband had been unable to keep up with some of the tasks around the house The pressure washing needed to be done for sometime Mike Williamson answered our call for help! I had called them to give me an estimate for the gutter in our new house that had not been lived in for two years. He said he'd be out the next afternoon sometime and would talk to me if i was there, or call me if I wasn't. (I was trying to get the old house cleaned and closed up.) That afternoon, as I was pulling out, they pulled in. He told me they had done a job nearby and had the equipment and could do it that day if I agreed to the estimate. He called me on the drive to the old house. I told him the estimate was fine, but I wasn't going to be there to pay him after. He told me to just mail it to him! Got back, they were gone, gutter was clean and an invoice was on my front door. Easest experence I've had with the new house! I'll use them again.

He certainly did what he said he would do. He showed up on time. I think the price was good. I would highly recommend Mid Florida to others.

Contacted them after a warranty request from the shingle manufacturer recommended a cleaning of our roof. They were very prompt to get the quote to me, and scheduled the work within a week. Work was performed professionally and quickly. They even worked with us since we had a voucher from the shingle company to pay for the cleaning. Highly recommended!
