House Cleaning
Overall, not bad for the money. They recently (within the last 6 months) went through some type of office changes. They have not been able to keep up with money since then. They tried to bill me for 3 months past due payments (which I had already paid - thank goodness I keep records!). Then they insisted I pay weekly (I'd been paying monthly for 2 years). Then they lost my first weekly check and accused me of not leaving it! On top of that, they speak very poor (and very little) English; and seem to take advantage of that at times. The service isn't bad, but it is deteriorating.

Work and workers were not consistent. Had the discussion many times with crew as well as Owner, what I expected done in my house, just could not deliver. Major lack of communication skills.

THEY'RE VERY NICE, HOWEVER THEY DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL. I AM HAPPY WITH THEM. I GET GOOD SERVICE AND A GOOD AMOUNT OF WORK FOR THE MONEY WE SPEND. WE HAVE A VERY LARGE HOUSE.
