We looked on Angie's List for a reliable company to service our 2004 Audi A8L . We had previously had the car repaired and serviced at the dealer, but that was so expensive. This company sounded just like what we needed. The receptionist was so nice and patient as we described what we needed done without much knowledge of auto service. The technician performed many diagnostic tests to determine what specific repairs were needed. The technician then discussed each item that was found with my husband and between the two of them, decisions were made about which repairs/services should be done immediately and which could wait as there was no way we could afford to do it all. Unfortunately, the most needed items were not necessarily the most annoying, but ...oh well. So the items above were completed and the final bill was slightly over $4300. For us, that is a lot of money. We knew when we bought the car that simple services would be more than simpler cars, but we just weren't prepared for this.

I have a 2006 BMW 325Ci E46 w/66K miles. I'd been looking for a non-dealership repair place. The staff/repair folks were very courteous and didn't talk down to me (female). The service floor was very clean. The location's a bit hard to find the first time. Given the amount of work I needed, they kept it over the weekend. It would have been done one day earlier, but when they were in the engine fixing the variety of things that were wrong, they discovered the coolant leak (which I suspected I had, because I had to refill it about 8 months ago).
It's a great deal of money to spend but I wanted to get the car fixed (I plan to drive it into the ground). They use all OEM parts and charge MSRP. Time will tell if I'm really satisfied, but for now I am. They also offer some peace of mind with the 2 year, 24K warranty on all of the work they did. BMWs are just expensive to maintain, but I do know that I spent less here than I would have at Fields (love Fields for sales, not so much for service).

The finished when expected and the price was cheaper than the dealership.

Called 3 days in advance for appointment to perform service. We used night key drop and then picked the car up at night after service was performed so we never met with anyone personally. Since alignment on these all-wheel drive M-B's can be unusual, we did not have it done by regular tire store that may not do these every day, nor did we want the expense of a dealer alignment (same service at dealer was $220.00). I am trusting that the factory specs were followed - I cannot say for sure with the alignment but the tires were done correctly and I was assured that the lug nuts were torqued by hand (very important).

Difficult problem with no computer diagnostic codes for the likely problem. Very expensive replacement part, did not want to replace without being sure part would solve problem. Arnt (owner) spent many hours troubleshooting and determine which parts needed replacement -- Electronic Throttle Actuator and defective distributor cap.
