THE PERSON I SPOKE TO WAS HELPFUL WITH SUGGESTIONS. SHE WAS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. SHE ADDRESSED MY PROBLEM. SHE WENT BACK AND GOT THE PERSON WHO WAS GOING TO DO THE WORK. SHE HAD HIM TALK TO ME ABOUT WHAT I WAS ENVISIONING FOR THIS CHAIR. IN THE PAST THEY ARE NOT PRESSURE SALESMEN. I TOOK CUSHIONS FROM A COUCH TO BE REPLACED. THEY TOLD ME THAT REPLACING THE STUFFING INSIDE WOULD BE A GOOD WAY TO GO.
