Turns out its a one year contract with a cancellation penalty. We got over that and then at the end found out it did not include the mobile app so it turned out to cost more and included less so we went with Safe Touch which include had a three year contract for $29 per month. Only $45 install charge. Felt bad because the installation person spent 4 hours here. Miss communication and could not tell if it was classic bait and switch. They returned our equipment to the state it was in before they started.
