BELLA DONNA'S MAID SERVICE

At first, it went very well. She did an excellent job. I was very impressed. Then she had another person come to do the work. It was not as thorough as when Donna came but still acceptable. Suddenly, neither her or her co-worker showed up on the assigned day. She rescheduled and both showed up very late and was done is about 2 hours. That time was not very thorough. I was no showed the following time as well, then she changed our assigned date. The next cleaning date, no one showed up or called. We called her and she agreed to come the next day. When it came time for our next scheduled cleaning, we called her to confirm and she confirmed that we were on for that afternoon. No one showed up or called. We called and terminated her services and asked that our key be returned. We still do not have our key. I also had referred her a friend in the beginning and never got the promised discount. Overall I am disappointed because she started out so good. I'm sorry that I recommended her.

I was told the fee would be $25/hour. When Donna the owner showed up, she brought another person and said it was $25/hour per person, with a $100 minimum. She kept arguing with me about the fee, that she had told me, so I asked her to leave. Then she offered to do the work for $75, which was originally what had been agreed upon. Against, my better judgment, because I needed my home quickly cleaned, I let her stay. Big mistake! Doesn't move a stick of furniture, plant stand, chair, etc. when vacuuming and dusting. Why bother paying someone who doesn't do at least the basics. Water-mopped my old hardwood floors that have little seal left without my knowing. Truly horrible experience. My advice is to avoid this company like the plague. On top of it, they were half an hour late. I had expressly said she needed to get here on time, even asked if she could come early. Instead, half an hour late without apology.
