Two days after the repair we noticed out pool water had gone down considerably.
Filled it up,and again the level went down.  One would assume if it had not been happening before, it would have involved the new light or return.
We called Chuck who came out, and did extensive analysis of the problem.  Drained the pool down past the light  to see if some epoxy had chipped off causing the leak, put dye in to see where the leak was located, etc.
Could not sufficiently say why or where it might be leaking.
But, what is notable, was the concern Chuck had regarding the problem.
He dealt with my husband, who couldn't say enough nice things about Chuck, and how he is our new pool guy.
Very professional and on top of the problem.
Whether the leak is still happening is yet to be determined, but we will definitely call Artco-ool again for service.

Chuck arrived just as promised and ready to do the work. The salt generator is so easy to maintain, we couldn't be happier. We were given some pointers on running our equipment in addition to some instructional training on how the salt generator actually works. He made recommendations on what we should do to keep the pool balanced. The company is so easy to work with and I feel they were very honest because they didn't have us purchase things we didn't really need. There was no high pressure sales. We have decided to use their weekly service based on our great experience.. We highly recommend this company and would give them an A++++ rating if we could.

My pool is in very good shape, and their service is here every week on time. No complaints. Chuck and his staff are very good to work with and respond promptly if I have a pool problem. I would recommend them.

The pool looked clean, but the guy that came to clean the pool never back washed it. I had to have that done by someone else because he said he did when he did not. It hadn’t been back washed for about a year and I had to replace all the veins inside because they had been cemented, so I was not satisfied with his work. He came out reliably, but did not do a whole lot. The pool leaked profusely, but he did not bother to tell me, his supervisor or anybody. I just thought that the pool was having this tremendous evaporation problem and they are not good in my book. I spent $150 a month and they were pretty handy about collecting the money. He did the ordinary things like brushing aside and clearing the pool, but he could not handle anything that was a step over that needed close attention to. The skimmer basket was broken and he did not tell me or bring a new. If called this company, somebody would call me back. He was there every Wednesday morning.

The pool pump and chemicals have gotten us through a very long summer.

His work is excellent. We have no complaints. We spend $140 a month. He comes every week and it includes the cost of the chemicals. He might be a little more expensive than other pool services but he does a great job. There are no molds or such things in our pool. He comes every week and he never misses a visit. I can spot him from the kitchen. If he is on vacation someone fills in for him and he too comes at the same time. We will continue to use him in the future.

This company is reliable, responsible, polite, punctual and very professional. The price is right with these guys and their work is fantastic. I would recommend this company to everyone.
