Landscape Yard or Garden Installation
Initial project install in January was fine, plants were decent quality. Very slow to follow up on issues that came up less than a few weeks later such as exposed pipes, incorrectly set sprinkler time, weeds in sod and dead plants - took 1 month to resolve. Even slower process to provide quotes when I gave them another chance for additional projects - 1.5 months later and still no quotes.
