I was pleased and things have grown since then. He showed me how to use it. He repaired one of my pipes that broke during the cold weather. He has always been good and has always come out to help me with it. After the major job was done, most of the time he does not charge me to come out and help me. He is very reasonable on price. He is very nice and will call me when he can come back. When he said he would be back, he was here. He is very soft spoken and cares. I recommend him.
